Polyester Fixing Agent Ht-dg071
Most synthetic fibers need pre-setting (temperature 193â-200â) before dyeing, which to prevent fabric deformation during dyeing. But because the oxygen in the air reacts with the disperse dyes in the fabric under the catalysis of light to yellow and shade change in the reaction of polyester fiber and additives; or cause the disperse dyes to sublime and become color dyed lighter under the action of heat, what we call the decrease in fastness to sublimation is collectively referred to as decrease in fastness to thermal migration. This phenomenon is caused by the widespread use of amino silicone oil microemulsion softeners containing a large amount of non-ionic surfactants in textiles in the past 20 years. The solution is to switch to a special sublimation fastness improver (polyester fixing agent), which can be used before setting to prevent the sublimation fastness of disperse dyes from decreasing during setting.
Special polyionic compound.
Appearance:Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
Solubility:Soluble in cold water
Stability:Resistant to acid, alkali and electrolyte
Properties and fields of application
The outstanding property: used for disperse dyes, which can effectively improve its sublimation fastness; Can effectively improve the washing fastness; Very slightly effect on the shade of the fabric.
